How long can I expect my fresh blooms to last?
Fresh blooms typically last 3–7 days, while vaseless arrangements last approximately 2 days. To ensure longevity:

Fill your vase to the top with fresh water.

Change the water every 2–3 days.

Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and direct air conditioning.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for flowers once delivered or those exposed to extreme weather. If you have concerns regarding the quality of your florals, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
I have a favourite vase—can you create a custom arrangement?
Regarding your favourite vase, we would be happy to create an arrangement designed specifically to fit it. Please contact us using the contact form or email hello@nebluma.com.
Will my arrangement look like the photo?
While we create one-of-a-kind designs, we can also produce arrangements similar to those in our photos, subject to seasonal flower and colour availability. Please contact us to discuss the details.

delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 35km of Kalamunda. Pick-up from Kalamunda can be arranged and is free of charge.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday through Saturday, as well as on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. We require at least 48 hours' notice for all orders. If you require flowers urgently, please complete our contact form or email us at hello@nebluma.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I request delivery a specific time?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer specific times for delivery. Delivery will be completed by 5pm for business locations and by 6pm for residential locations.
What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If no one is home, the order will be left in a safe spot. Please note that re-delivery incurs an additional fee, and we cannot take responsibility for flowers left in extreme weather.
Do you have delivery fees?
Fees are based on the distance from Kalamunda:

0–10km radius: $10

10–35km radius: $35
While we do not deliver beyond a 35km radius at this time, pick-up from Kalamunda can be arranged free of charge.
